How operators manage Group entries (workflow)
- Add an entry — for new frum-vetted domains. Provide a reason (audit-trail required). Common: new frum-press site joins curator pick, new yeshiva-allowlist addition.
- Remove an entry — for domains no longer applicable (site retired, content shifted away from frum-appropriate, etc.). Reason required for audit.
- Toggle include/exclude — when a group needs carve-outs (e.g., social_media group EXCLUDES linkedin.com because business-use is exempt). Rare; usually new groups are cleaner.
- Don't edit for single-customer needs— open the customer's Customer Rulebook instead. Edits here ripple to every customer on every tier this group is attached to.
Impact preview: Editing this group affects ALL customers on the 1 tier that include it. Audit log records every change with your reason; rollback available from /admin/audit-log (Phase 2 surface). Live customer-count + family-member-count pending Supabase deployment per Stream 3A Phase 2.
